Loops and Leaps™
New clients spend 90 minutes with us and receive a customized business and intellectual property strategy, plan for legal services.
This fee includes 3 months of Continuous Counsel.
Fee: $2,185 -
Project Meeting
A 60-minute meeting to begin a fixed fee project and evaluate pending legal concerns.
This fee is applied as a deposit to fixed fee legal services.
Fee: $680 -
Attorney Q&A
These sessions are for clients who have specific questions and are sometimes used to help prospective clients find clarity before scheduling projects.
This fee may not be applied as a deposit.

FIXED FEE SERVICES

Week Project
Week-long projects include one attorney meeting, unlimited calls and emails, and client portal access.
Examples:
▶ Review or revise a service agreement, license, or NDA
▶ Conduct a basic trademark clearance search and recommend next steps
▶ Draft or respond to a cease and desist letter
▶ Provide guidance on a specific legal question or situation
Fee: $965 -
Month Project
One-month projects include three attorney meetings, unlimited calls and emails, and client portal access.
Examples:
▶ File a copyright or trademark application, including strategy and follow-up
▶ Draft a tailored contract or agreement for your creative business
▶ Support negotiations on a partnership, deal, or licensing opportunity
▶ Set up and document the formation of an LLC or S-corp
Fee: $2,635 -
Quarter Project
Quarter-long projects include five attorney meetings, unlimited calls and emails, and client portal access.
Examples:
▶ Conduct a full intellectual property or legal health audit for your business
▶ Draft, revise, and organize a suite of contracts tailored to your operations
▶ Develop and file multiple trademarks or manage responses to USPTO actions
▶ Provide strategic legal support for a new brand, product launch, or business expansion
Fee: $6,680
HOURLY SERVICES
All of our projects are categorized as Week, Month, or Quarter, with guaranteed timelines. However, we charge hourly when asked to work on someone else’s words—whether reviewing a contract sent to you, reviewing the other side’s requested changes, negotiating on your behalf, or reviewing something you built with ChatGPT.
Fee: $400/hour
A minimum retainer of $1,200 applies to all projects.

Continuous Counsel™ is our legal support plan for creative businesses with ongoing needs. You’ll get regular access to an attorney who understands your work and goals, and our evolving legal landscape.
Continuous Counsel™ is $395/month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Before joining, new clients must schedule Loops and Leaps™.
